Three Buffalo Standouts will Attend Fredonia

Three Buffalo area players have recently committed to playing soccer for Fredonia this fall.  Nick Dumond from Starpoint High School, Matt Kruszewski from Lancaster and Jeremy Bari from Niagara-Wheatfield will all wear the Fredonia blue and white when things kick off later this year.  "Each of these players address a need of ours heading into next season", Coach P.J. Gondek said.  "It is the same need which is players with speed that like to run with the ball at defenders".  With 23 rostered players back from 2014 the team returns many of its core players in the back and in the central midfield.  "Creativity up top and on the flanks is an area that we felt we could get better at", Gondek said.  "Each of these players address this very issue".  Below is a brief biography of each player.

Matt Kruszewski (Lancaster) - Forward, seven goals and 12 assists in his senior season.  Named First Team ECIC and was a member of the NYSWYSA State Cup Champion U17 Empire Buffalo team for the 2014 season.

Nick Dumond (Starpoint) - Forward, All-Western NY First Team, All-New York, ECIC III Player of Year.  Holds high school record for most goals in a season, in a game and in a career.

Jeremy Bari (Niagara-Wheatfield) -  Forward, All-Western NY First Team, All-New York,  All-NFL for three years.  Holds high school records for goals in a season (28) and career (60).
