Parker Brothers Team Up at Potsdam

When Adam Parker (Fredonia 01'), Potsdam men's soccer coach, recently lost current assistant Mark Misiak to the head women's coaching job at Potsdam he didn't have to look too far because he already had his replacement on speed dial.  In his just his second season with the men's team Adam has announced that he will hire his younger brother Alex Parker to be his assistant.  No stranger to high level soccer-the past two seasons Alex has been an assistant coach with Rochester powerhouse Pittsford Mendon H.S.  Additionally, he has been coaching with Rochester Futbol Club, one of the premier club programs in Western New York.  Not unfamiliar with the SUNYAC conference either, Alex was a four player for the Blue Devils of FSU.  This included being a starter on both the NCAA Elite Eight team of 2005 and the ECAC Championship team of 2006.  Adam was a standout player at Fredonia as well winning two ECAC championships and a SUNYAC championship while being named NSCAA First Team All-Region in 2000.
